Greetings... I'm so glad I found this great web site. The Cholesterol Page is really informative, even for someone who's been digging it to the subject for a while. But I'm surprised there hasn't been more posted in this forum on natural approaches. So here I am ;-)

Unfortunately, exercise is probably the most important. Is say unfortunately because I hate exercising. Diet comes in a close second. Not just denying yourself fatty meats, but adding healthy foods like apples, nuts, and oats. That sounds plain, but I've actually found my eating to be more enjoyable after working in new dishes with cholesterol-lowering foods. There's also "supplements" like garlic and omega-3 oil that helps.
