Is any relationship between hypoglycemia & hypotension?

I am diabetic and low BP; when I have hypoglycemia episode then I think my hypotension aggravates, because I feel dizzy and light-headed and my nausea has gotten worse. Does low blood sugar aggravate low blood pressure, or what?
