I get plenty of sleep usually some 9 to 11 hours, but always I wake up with a feeling of never had sleep and at 6.30 AM I am so tired. I am only 14, is this sleep disorder symptom.
Too much sleep would sometimes cause a person to feel sleepy...Try adjusting your lifestyle by incorporating daily exercise and consuming plenty of healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. Cutting down on coffee would probably help too..Hope this helps...
