Insomnia is a common condition in which have trouble falling or staying asleep. This condition can range from mild to severe, depending on how often it occurs, and for how long.

Because different individuals need varying amounts of sleep, insomnia is not able to define by the number of hours of sleep or by how quickly one fall asleep. Instead, it depends on the quality of the sleep and how one feel after sleeping. Even after sleeping eight hours a night, still feel drowsy and fatigued during the day, means may be experiencing insomnia.
